for everyone
Everybody's insane. I prefer to be insane.
That would mean no rules, no boundaries, won't give a fuck about what others think.
I refuse to believe there is even such a thing as normal.

(Normal is what's dictated by society. Society in itself is fucked up. Why base "normal" on something that's fucked up?)

Tell me I'm "weird" and I'll take it as a compliment. :)

I'm insane too. I hate being normal. You don't stand out.
You're my friend so I guess insane people do complement each other. :D

Have you guys read Coelho's "Veronika..."?

It pretty much shows how the world stereotyped being sane and insane. And yeah, hurray to being weird. I like it that I get that all the time too.

And when you're insane, you don't become insane because you want to stand out. You're just insane. And you just, incidentally, stand out. :)
Insane people, unite!
Woot!

Veronika was one of my favorite books before Coelho threw me off with his over-spirituality in his succeeding books. Hehe. But yeah. I loved the ideas. I completely got them too.

If you watch House, also... There was one episode with a severely autistic kid, with whom, it seemed, he could understand and relate to more than the other doctors could.
And House says (and I googled this!), Can you imagine how liberating it would be to live a life free of all the mind-numbing social niceties? I don't pity this kid. I envy him.

"Weird" would be nice, yes.

different. unusual. weird.
i like different and unusual more than i like weird. =)
weird is a bit bordering too much on scary. hahaha.
but that's just me and what words mean in my head.

and yeah, Veronika's one of my favorite books too. made me wish that everyone in the world can just let themselves go and be "crazy." am kinda still wishing. =p

Oh I know that episode from House. That kid's one of my fave guest characters too. Along with that "female version" of House that his bestfriend dated.

Different and unusual is just... tamer versions of weird noh. :)

Me too! Kainggit noh? I totally get what they say about asylums (if you watched Girl, Interrupted too), na sometimes people go in and they never want to leave because they find a kind of freedom in getting to act as crazy as they want, free of judgment.

"My god, I'm in love with you." ... or something like that.

Ooops. Going OT na, sorry.
